Protocol Upgrade: Ghost-Sync v4

Today marks a critical milestone for the Zeqron Foundation. We are officially releasing the production release candidates for Ghost-Sync v4, our next-generation consensus engine.

What is New?

The transition from v3 to v4 introduces Weight-Based Finality Proofs. In the previous version, finality was probabilistic; with v4, a block is considered immutable as soon as its weight certificate is signed by 67% of the zone's lattice-power.

Upgrade Path

Operating nodes must signal readiness by updating their zeqron-node binary to the latest WASM-runtime compatible build.
